Brief
We designed and developed a limited edition electric toy car for kids to sit in and drive.
Thinking
How can we quickly validate the drive train? Which manufacturing process can yield an elegant yet economical car body and trims?

Solution
MN 01: a hand-made, electric toy car that can be customized as per requirement.
All components like battery, motor, gearbox, etc. are sourced from local manufacturers.
Includes LED head lights & tail lights, horn, steering wheel, accelerator pedal, movable mirrors, child-safe paint, customized number plate, and sample driver license with driver name.

Body: GFRP with steel chassis.
Battery: 6V, 12 V.
Drive train: DC Motor with gear box.
Run time – 1.5 hr to 2 hr
Max Speed – 3km/h , 6km/h.
Age group – 2 to 5 years.
Max payload – 25 kg, 30 kg.
Dimensions – 1200 x 570 x 450 mm.
